Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order with us, you will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail that you provide us.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charge and submit the order for shipment.

If we have an approximate wait time on backorder products, we will reach out to you to confirm that you are okay with the wait time. Upon confirmation that you are okay waiting for the item, we will authorize payment for the product. Backordered wait times are approximate and we can not guarantee a product will become available by a specific date.

Order Shipment: 

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will typically ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at

In the lower continental United States we offer free shipping on all orders using USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, or other shipping carriers.  Transit times for the product to arrive to you once they are shipped from the warehouse are typically 3-10 business days depending on the product and distance you live from our warehouse.

Returns Policy


Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to right away.  Please keep the original packaging for the item that needs to be returned.  All returns need to be authorized by our customer service department at (509) 730-5520, or  Products damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost to the customer.

Cancellations & Refunds:

To cancel an order, reply to the confirmation email you received when you placed your order online. Just tell us why you need to cancel and we will process it as soon as we can. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

If your order has not shipped, you (the buyer) will be issued a full refund minus a 5% processing fee.

If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be charged a 10% restocking feeYou will be refunded the full refund minus the actual shipping cost, and the restocking fee.

Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the receipt of your product.  The product must be returned unused in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns of used products.
